My mom runs a small practice. She was dealing with the same issues most practice owners face — a website that wasn't converting visitors into booked appointments and calls going unanswered when she was busy with patients.
I went looking for a solution. I built a system that handled her booking and call answering automatically, and watched it work. More appointments. Fewer missed calls. Less stress.
That result made me realize how many healthcare practices are losing revenue to the same problem — calls going to voicemail, leads falling through the cracks, and no system in place to follow up. I started Sproat Systems to bring that same automation to other practice owners who are too busy treating patients to answer every call.
