Pricing & Commitment
How much does it cost?
We have three product lines. Website plans start at $67/month. AI Automation plans start at $147/month. The Complete Practice Growth System, which bundles everything together, is $297/month and saves you $77/month compared to buying website and automation separately. Each service page has full pricing details and feature lists.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?
No long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month with no cancellation fees.
Are there per-minute or per-call charges for the AI receptionist?
No. Your monthly plan covers the system. There are no per-minute fees, no per-call charges, and no hidden usage costs.
What's the setup fee?
Setup fees vary by product. Website plans have a one-time $547 setup fee. AI Automation plans have a one-time $347 setup fee. The Complete Practice Growth System has a one-time $747 setup fee. Setup covers your full system build: dedicated account, phone number, AI configuration, website build, automations, and testing.
What's the difference between buying services separately vs. the Complete System?
The Complete Practice Growth System is $297/month and includes everything from the Website Growth tier and the AI Automation Pro tier, which would cost $374/month if purchased separately. You save $77/month for the same set of services, delivered in one connected platform.
Can I buy services individually instead of a bundle?
Yes. Every service we offer is available standalone, month to month: the AI receptionist, missed call text back, review automation, online booking, blog content, and more. The Individual Services page lists all of them with pricing. You can start with one service and upgrade into a bundle anytime.
What happens if I start with one service and want to upgrade later?
Upgrading is straightforward. Your existing configuration, phone number, and automations carry into the bundle, so nothing is rebuilt from scratch. If you are buying three or more individual services, a bundle is almost always less per month.
Is there a limit on AI and messaging usage?
AI and messaging services include generous usage that covers normal patient volume for a small practice, under a fair-use policy defined in your service agreement. If your volume grows past it, we will talk with you before anything changes.
How It Works
How does the AI receptionist actually work?
When someone calls your practice number, the AI answers, greets them by your practice name, asks qualifying questions, and books an appointment directly on your calendar. If the caller has questions about your services, the AI answers from a knowledge base built specifically for your practice.
Will it sound robotic or will callers know it's AI?
The voice is natural and conversational. Most callers don't realize they're speaking with AI. It handles the call the same way a trained receptionist would: greeting, qualifying, and booking.
Can it book appointments directly into my calendar?
Yes. The system syncs with Google Calendar and books appointments in real time based on your availability. You get a notification on your phone for every new booking.
What happens if the AI can't answer a question?
It lets the caller know someone will follow up, captures their contact info, and sends you an immediate notification so you can call them back. No lead gets dropped.
How long does it take to get set up?
Most systems are fully live within 5 to 7 business days. Active setup takes a few hours on our end. The main wait is phone number registration, which takes 4 to 6 business days for compliance approval.
Do I need to change my phone number?
No. We set up call forwarding from your existing number to your new AI-powered line. Your patients keep calling the same number they always have.
What does the free mockup include?
We design a custom homepage mockup showing how your new website will look, specific to your practice, not a template. If you're interested in the Complete System, we also demo the AI phone system live on the call.
Fit & Scope
Will this work for my type of practice?
If your practice books appointments and loses calls when you're busy with patients, yes. We work primarily with PT, OT, speech therapy, and counseling practices, but the system works for any healthcare practice that schedules patient visits.
I already have a website. Can you still help?
Yes. Our AI Automation plans work with your existing website: we install the chat widget and connect the booking system. If your current site is underperforming, we can also rebuild it on one of our Website plans or as part of the Complete System.
Can it handle Spanish-speaking callers?
Not currently. The system operates in English only. Multilingual support is on our roadmap.
What if I already use another CRM or scheduling tool?
Our system runs on its own platform with a built-in CRM and calendar. We sync with Google Calendar so your schedule stays in one place. For other CRMs, we can discuss integration options during your demo.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to use this?
No. We handle the entire setup. You get a mobile app where you can see bookings, leads, and messages. If you can use a smartphone, you can use this system.

How do I know it's actually working?
You'll see every call, booking, text, and review request in your dashboard and mobile app. Real-time notifications for every new lead and appointment. No black box. Complete System clients also receive a monthly performance report.
What happens to my leads and patient data?
Your data stays in your dedicated account. We don't share or sell your patient information. You own your data and can export it anytime.
Can I see a live demo before I commit?
Yes. For website plans, we build a free homepage mockup. For automation plans, we demo the AI receptionist live: we call your number (it goes to voicemail), then call ours (AI answers and books). You see the gap in real time.
What kind of results have other practices seen?
Practices using our system stop losing calls to voicemail immediately. If the system books even one extra patient per month, it pays for itself. Most practices see results within the first week of going live.

What if something breaks or stops working?
We monitor your system and handle all maintenance. If something needs attention, reach out and we'll resolve it. Complete System and Pro-tier clients get priority support.
Can I customize what the AI says?
Yes. The AI is configured with a knowledge base and call scripts specific to your practice: your services, your scheduling rules, your insurance info, your FAQs. We update it as your practice changes.
Do you handle the setup or do I have to do it myself?
We handle everything. You fill out a short intake form, join one onboarding call, and we build the entire system. You don't touch any of the technical setup.
Can I start with one service and add more later?
Absolutely. Many practices start with a website and add AI automation later, or vice versa. You can also upgrade to the Complete System at any time and start saving immediately.
