Services that send text messages require A2P registration, the carrier compliance process that approves your practice to send SMS. Registration typically takes 4 to 6 business days. We handle the paperwork; you just approve it.
What does the fair-use policy cover?
AI and messaging services include generous usage that covers normal patient volume for a small practice. The specific caps are defined in your service agreement. If your volume grows past them, we will talk with you before anything changes.
Can the AI Voice Receptionist work with my existing scheduler?
The AI Voice Receptionist includes a booking calendar and books appointments directly on it. If you prefer to keep an external scheduling system, the AI answers every call, takes messages, and captures lead details, but it does not book into third-party schedulers.
How do I cancel an individual service?
Individual services are month to month with 30-day termination notice and no cancellation fee. Email or call us and your service ends at the close of the notice period.
